Problem
The machine switches on
but does not dispense
coffee
The machine has
switched off
automatically.
The machine is vibrating
a lot and making noise
You cannot insert the
capsule in the machine
Cause
Water tank (8) empty or not
correctly inserted
Control lever (1) not completely
closed
Faulty pump
Hydaraulic components clogged
by scale
This is not a fault
Insufficient water level
in the tank (8)
Capsule is not compatible
Capsule inserted incorrectly
Control lever (1) not completely
open
Capsule container (6) full
If the fault persists, apply to the service centre.
Make sure that the water tank (8) is correctly
inserted in its place and that it contains
enough water
Make sure that the control lever (1) is
completely closed
Make sure that the pump is dispensing water:
once the dispensing button (2), depending
on the model, you should feel a vibration;
this is the sign that the pump is working
correctly.
If you do not feel any vibration, apply to the
service centre. If you feel the vibration but
coffee dispensing does not start, repeat the
operation 2/3 times at an interval of a few
minutes. At the end of the procedure, if the
machine is still not dispensing coffee, apply
to the service centre.
Remove scale. If the problem persists, apply
to the service centre.
Energy-saving operating mode:
the machine is designed to switch off
automatically (see page 20).
The strong vibration is caused by the pump
which cannot draw up sufficient water. Top
up the correct water level in the tank (8)
Make sure that you are using a compatible
capsule
IInsert the capsule facing in the correct
direction (see page 21)
Lift the lever (1) completely until it stops
Make sure that the capsule container drawer
(6) does not contain too many old capsules
and cannot take any more, then empty it.
