You must read this manual before installing, starting up and
using the high pressure washer.
This manual is an integral part of the product.
It consists of two parts, one is yellow.
Read the warnings and instructions contained in the manual
carefully as they provide important information on USER SA-
FETY and MAINTENANCE, paying particular attention to the
general safety regulations in the yellow annex.
KEEP THIS MANUAL IN A SAFE PLACE FOR FUTURE
REFERENCE.

Important
Those operating and servicing the high pressure washer must
be aware of the contents of this manual.
CLASSIFICATION
The user must respect the conditions for using a high pressure
washer specified in current regulations and standards. In parti-
cular you must respect the classification below:
The high pressure washer is classified as a Class I appliance
for protection against electric shock.
The high pressure washer is regulated in the factory and all
safety devices are sealed. They must not be adjusted.
The high pressure washer must always be used on firm flat
ground. It must never be moved while in operation or when
connected to the mains electricity supply.
The high pressure washer is considered as a permanently
installed appliance.
Failure to respect this classification may be a cause of dan-
ger.
The high pressure washer must not be used in the presence
of corrosive or potentially explosive atmospheres (vapours or
gases).
The high pressure washer must be electrically connected by
a qualified electrician able to operate in respect of current
regulations and standards (in compliance with the provisions

of the IEC 60364-1 standard) and in accordance with the Ma-
nufacturer's instructions.
Incorrect connection may cause damage to people, animals or
things and absolves the Manufacturer of all liability.
The high pressure washer has a plug to connect it to the mains
electricity supply.
Make sure the power rating of the electrical installation and
sockets is adequate for the maximum power of the appliance
as indicated on the rating plate (kW).
If in doubt, contact a qualified electrician.
If the socket and the plug on the appliance are incompatible,
have the socket replaced with a suitable type by a qualified
electrician.
Important
!
Before connecting the high pressure washer, make sure the
specification on the rating plate is compatible with that of the
mains electricity supply.
Do not use extensions to power the high pressure washer.
The electrical safety of the high pressure washer is guaranteed
only when it is correctly connected to an efficient earth system as
specified by current electrical safety standards and regulations
(in compliance with the provisions of IEC 60364-1).
This fundamental safety requirement must be verified. If in
doubt have the electrical installation checked by a qualified
electrician.
An unearthed electrical installation absolves the Manufacturer
of all liability for damage.
The high pressure washer must be connected to the mains
electricity supply by means of an omnipolar switch with a mi-
nimum contact opening of 3 mm and electrical characteristics
suitable for the appliance.
The high pressure washer is disconnected from the mains
electricity supply only when unplugged from the mains socket
and when the omnipolar switch in the mains installation is
turned off.

Important
High pressure washers with Total Stop device are considered
off when the omnipolar switch is in the "0" position and when
unplugged from the mains socket.
