TROUBLESHOOTING
Possible Cause
Luminaire may not be in Connectivity Mode.
Wiring issue.
No electricity.
Network is not connected.
Luminaire may not be paired correctly.
Permissions are not granted on mobile
device.
Wi-Fi password is incorrect.
Weak/low Wi-Fi signal.
Wi-Fi not connected.
"Power outage Recovery" setting from WiZ
app is ON.

Solution
Cycle the light switch connected to luminaire ON/OFF 3 times to
enter Pairing Mode.
Refer back to WiZ App Help center for FAQ's.
Review and confirm the INSTALLATION instructions.
Check that the power is ON at the connected light switch and
circuit breaker.
Check the wireless network connectivity.
Refer back to WiZ App Help center for FAQ's.
Cycle the light switch connected to luminaire ON/OFF 3/5
times until light start to pulse in blue (color light) or cool white
(tunable white light) to enter Pairing Mode.
Refer back to WiZ App Help center for FAQ's.
Check to see that permissions are granted for the WiZ APP .
Refer back to WiZ App Help center for FAQ's.
Re-enter Wi-Fi password.
Refer back to WiZ App Help center for FAQ's.
Check Wi-Fi signal to ensure within range of router.
Refer back to WiZ App Help center for FAQ's.
Confirm Wi-Fi router is broadcasting a 2.4 GHz signal.
Re-connect.
Refer back to WiZ App Help center for FAQ's.
Change the "Power outage recovery" setting to OFF .
Go to Settings> Others> Power Outage Recovery.
