4. ASSEMBLY AND USE OF THE STEAM COOKER
Warning: Before first use with food, run the appliance for 30 minutes with water in the tank,
emptying and then cleaning each part thoroughly.
a. Assembly
• Place the appliance base on a clean, flat and dry surface.
• Fill the fixed base of the tank with water (between 10 and 20 cl), first checking that the drain
behind the appliance is properly closed (Fig.1).
N.B. : Do not fill beyond the maximum level indicated on the appliance.
• Unscrew the transparent tank cap and fill with water (Fig.2).
N.B. : Do not fill beyond the level indicated on the water tank.
• Screw the cap back in and then fix the tank to the base (Fig.3).
• Position the glass dish on the appliance base. (Fig.4).
N.B. : Ensure that the dish is properly centred and locked into position by the four holds (at the
ends of the base).
