8. When unit operation, put the unit in a well-ventilated place and non-blocking the air vent,
so that the machine can be able to inhale and exhaust enough air, to achieve hot water supply
function. \
9. The appliance can work without air duct.
10. There should be with drain around the system unit for drainage. And the surrounding should
have enough space for maintenance. Because the top cover can be opened, at the top side of the
unit should have ≥800mm space for maintain.
11. The water temperature sensor is fixed in the temperature tube in the tank and adhesive sealed
well by the factory. When installing, there is no need to fix another one.
12. This water heater unit is filled with refrigerant by the factory, and no need to vacuumize or refill
refrigerant.
Installation of the solar collectors (solar connection only available in the MANANTIAL300S)
1. When installing the solar collectors, the optimized solution is toward due south (note: due
north for south hemisphere). Its obliquity α should be equal to the local latitude. If the major
working time for the product are summer days, the obliquity α should be the figure that local
latitude minus 10°. If the major working time for the product are winter days, the obliquity α
should be the figure that local latitude plus 10. (Fig.4)
2. Considering the product is mostly working in the winter, it is suggested that the obliquity α
should be the figure that local latitude plus 10°. (e.g. the local latitude is 28°, the obliquity α
should be 38°)
3. The solar collectors should be installed in a place where has reliable load bearings and
enough sunshine, such as flat land, roof, shed roof etc.
4. If the product needs the supporting frame for installation, the height between the
ground and lower end of the solar collectors ranges between 100 and 300mm.
5. Generally, the dimension of the solar collectors is
2m× 1m, the net weight is about 34Kg.
6. The solar collectors is usually installed in a place
where is a little high and open. Hence the installation
should be steady enough to resist the wind.
7. When using in a freezing area, please adopt
the second circulation system (solar coil in
the water tank) without fail. The heat-
