Warranty clauses
This warranty shall prevail, without prejudice to any mandatory legislation that might apply.
The manufacturer is responsible for a period of 3-year product warranty covering factory defects verified by Sanycces, S.L.
During the warranty's period of validity, defects in the products will be rectified free of charge by repairing the product and/or repla-
cing possible damaged parts and/or replacing the whole product.
If the product is to be replaced, it shall be exchanged for another of the same model unless it has been discontinued on notification
of the defect. In such an event, Sanycces, S.L. shall supply a product of similar or superior characteristics.
If the product is to be repaired, the manufacturer shall not be obliged to send a member of its technical staff to the customer's home
when the product is small and easy enough to be taken by the latter to the manufacturer's official Technical Service. Depending on
the technical complexity of the product's repair, the manufacturer reserves the right to demand that it is repaired in its own facilities.
We request that our customers verify that the products are found to be in perfect condition upon delivery and before proceeding with
their installation. The installer should perform a final visual and operational inspection prior to their final installation.
Terms and conditions
The above warranty periods shall come into force as from the date of purchase. This must be accounted for by submitting a copy of
the corresponding tax document (the sales receipt or invoice).
Notice of the defect must be provided by the customer within a maximum of two years of its detection.
