The key to a good paint task is an even finish over the entire
surface. This is achieved by performing even movements.
Keep the arm moving at a constant speed and keep the
paint sprayer at a constant distance from the surface. The
best spraying distance is 50 to 150 mm between the nozzle
and the surface.
Keep the paint sprayer perpendicular to the surface.
Otherwise, one end of the pattern will be thicker than the
other.
Press the trigger after starting the movement. Release the
trigger before stopping the movement. Failure to do so will
result in uneven spraying and spotty coverage.
Three different spray pattern settings can be chosen at the
gun, depending on the application and object to be
sprayed. To choose spray pattern rotate the nozzle cap to
one of the positions as shown in the following image.
A: vertical flat jet - for vertical surfaces;
B: horizontal flat jet - for horizontal surfaces;
C: round jet - for corners, edges and hard-to-reach
surfaces.
