Question/Problem - Cause
Causa
The paint sprayer does not switch on:
• No supply voltage;
• The extension cord is damaged;
• There is a problem with the motor;
No paint comes out of the nozzle:
• Clogged nozzle;
• Clogged suction tube;
• Too low paint flow;
• Loose suction tube;
• Loose paint tank;
Paint drips from the nozzle:
• Loose nozzle;
• Worn nozzle, with extensive use;
• Paint residue accumulation on nozzle cap, nozzle or
spraying needle;
Uneven spraying:
• Very high paint thickness;
• Too high paint flow;
• Clogged nozzle;
• Clogged air filter;
• Loose paint tank;
Failure to spray:
• The paint in the tank is running out;
Paint drips off after application:
• Too much paint applied to the surface;
Too much paint fumes:
• The distance between the paint sprayer and the
surface is too great;
• Too much paint applied to the surface;
Solution
• Check the power cord, plug and socket condition;
• Replace the extension cord;
• Contact the brand's service center;
• Clean the nozzle;
• Clean the suction tube;
• Increase the flow rate;
• Fix the suction tube;
• Tighten the paint tank;
• Tighten the nut;
• Change for a new nozzle;
• Check and clean;
• Adjust the paint thickness;
• Decrease the flow rate;
• Clean the nozzle;
• Clean the air filter;
• Tighten the paint tank;
• Check and add paint;
• Decrease the flow rate;
• Reduce the distance;
• Decrease the flow rate;
