ingredients:

500g tomatoes

80g onion

1 clove garlic

2tbsp olive oil

10g vegetable stock powder

500ml water
-
5g salt
-
A pinch of ground black pepper

45g crème fraîche

Peel the onion and the garlic and chop coarsely.

Remove the crowns from the tomatoes and wash the tomatoes.

Cut the tomatoes into 4 pieces (into 8 pieces for very big tomatoes).

Put a pot on the cooker and select the high heat setting.

Add the oil, the onions and the garlic and roast until glossy.

Add the tomatoes and stir-fry them for approx. 1-2 minutes (stir every now and then).

Add the water and the stock and wait until the water boils.

Blend the ingredients until you have a smooth soup.

Let it boil for 10 minutes, then add the salt and pepper and the crème fraîche.
mashed potatoes
ingredients:

750g mealy (puree) potatoes
-
250ml hot milk (approx. 90°C)

20g butter
-
Salt

Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces of about 4x4x4cm.

Cook the potato pieces in salt water until they are completely soft (approx. 20 minutes).

Pour off the water, add the hot milk and the butter and mash until smooth.
