Tips:
■ only use a small amount of oil to
lubricate the grill plates
■ do not heat up the grill plates too long
without placing food on them
■ we recommed to use oil with a high
smoke point, e.g. refined sun flower oil.
■ native extra virgin olive oil should not
be used as it may destroy the ceramic
coating.
Introduction
Grill food light instead of dark or
brown, remove burnt remnants! Do not
overgrill starchy foods, especially potato
and cereal products (production of
acrylamides minimised).
First season the under plate. Wipe the
hotplates with a paper towel before placing
more food on it. Do not scratch with sharp-
edged utensils! Place small, suitable trays
under the grease outlets. Frozen food items
must be fully defrosted and dry. Only add
salt to meat and fish after grilling.
Contact grilling
The hotplates are in direct contact with
the food. Particularly suitable for grilling
shashlik, chops and pork.
