Whenever there is a problem with the appliance, check if you can solve it by following the tables below.
If the problem persists, contact customer service.

The door is not closed properly.
Clothes get stuck
The child lock may be activated
(if available)
Water connections and
drain hose
The detergent is wet and/or
coagulated. In most cases this is

The transport bolts have not
been removed.
The floor is unlevel .

SOLUTION
Check if the laundry is not
correctly positioned.
Close the door tightly and restart
the machine.
Disconnect from the mains and
restart.
Check and secure the hose to
the the water inlet hose and
water inlet hose and clean the
water outlet hose.
Clean the detergent dispenser
Disconnect from the mains and
check that the mains plug is
connected correctly.
Check whether all transport bolts
have been correctly removed.
Make sure that the appliance is
level with the help of a level.
Realice un aclarado adicional o
limpie la ropa con un cepillo una
vez que se haya secado.
En el próximo lavado utilice la
cantidad de detergente indica-
da en el envase.
El sistema de control de carga
no homogénea intentará distri-
buir la ropa. El ciclo de centrifu-
gado comenzará una vez que
la ropa se haya distribuido. En
el próximo lavado distribuya la
ropa de forma homogénea en el
interior del tambor.
