- Página 2 Installation Before installing the SRCOOLTMVENT, the air conditioning unit MUST be powered down and disconnected from the utility source. The SRCOOLTMVENT assembly is installed on the top of the air conditioner to vent hot air out of the rack through convection in the event that the air conditioner stops cooling.

- Página 4 Operation When the SRCOOLTMVENT is installed on the air conditioner, it only receives power through the pass-through power connection. The temperature at which it activates is independent of the air conditioner and does so via the auto resetting thermal sensor. Should cool air stop flowing into the rack, the thermal sensor will begin to increase in temperature.
