INSTRUCTION MANUAL VOSS.PET FENCI DUO
»
Avoid contact between the 12V positive and negative terminals of the battery
connection cable. Otherwise, the device may be damaged by a short circuit.
7. To switch on the energiser, press and hold the on/off button (1) for more than 2 seconds.
The control LED (2) flashes blue in time with the pulses.
The energiser is switched on and ready for operation.
N OTI CE
To prevent lightning damage, we recommend
fitting a residual current circuit breaker (A)
and a lightning protection device (B), e.g.
art. no. 44755 and 48015.
Info
If you are operating a fence with the VOSS.pet
fenci duo, e.g. for your pet, we recommend that
you be present during the initial operation of
your fencing system. Actively introduce your
pet to the fence so that it learns to respect the
fence. Training may take a few days and you may
need to adjust the fence slightly.

CHECK FUNCTIONALITY (OPTIONAL)
Before connecting the VOSS.pet fenci duo to your fence, you can check the functionality of your
device.
1. Unscrew the two connecting nuts (3 and 4).
2. Insert the mains plug (5) into the socket.
WA RN I N G OF EL E CTRICAL VO LTAGES
Only insert the plug into properly installed sockets, otherwise it may result in
a short circuit or electric shock. The socket used should be equipped with a
residual current circuit breaker (RCCB).
3. To switch on the energiser, press and hold the on/off button (1) for more than 2 seconds.
The control LED (2) flashes blue in time with the pulses.
4. Hold a screwdriver with the non-insulated part against one of the terminals and move the tip of
the screwdriver toward the other terminal.
Just before the tip of the screwdriver touches the terminal, a small voltage flashover (spark)
occurs.
If the control LED (2) does not flash or there is no voltage flashover, check the mains voltage or
mains cable. If there is no fault here, the device should be checked by a specialist.
N OTI CE
Do not use multimeters for voltage testing. These are not suitable for the high
voltages of an electric fence, use special voltage testers such as Art. 44700 and 44876
