cloth or a cloth dampened in a weak solution of neutral detergent. After
applying the detergent, wipe the surface of the kettle with a clean, slightly
dampened cloth and then wipe it dry. The stand can only be cleaned with a dry
cloth. Never use abrasive cleaners, benzene, thinner, etc. to clean the kettle and
the stand.
Troubleshooting
The device does not turn on. Possible cause: No AC mains voltage. Solution:
check if there is power by plugging in another device.
There is voltage in the mains, but the kettle does not turn on. Possible reason:
lack of water in the kettle or insufficient amount of water. Solution: Pour water
into the kettle above the "Min" mark on the inside of the device.
There is voltage in the mains and water in the kettle, but the device does not
turn on. Possible cause: a short circuit in the electrical circuitry of the device.
Solution: contact the service center.
