Operating noise level is < 60 dBA in all
operating modes.
Where a cooking process is selected in the unit
and the cooking cabinet door is closed, then
> the extraction runs continuously at level 1
(reduced extraction power).
> the extraction power will automatically be
switched to level 2 (max. extraction power)
when the cooking cabinet door is opened.
> the UltraVent will automatically switch back
to reduced extraction power (level 1) when
the cooking cabinet door is closed.
Danger of burns!
Parts may become hot. UltraVent must be
cooled before cleaning.
The UltraVent top panel may not be used as a
storage surface. Parts may fall down.
> Make sure that the extraction outlet is not
closed or covered.
> If not used for longer periods of time or for
cleaning, the UltraVent must be completely
disconnected from the power supply.
