Please note: As far as possible, the buyer is requested not to return the goods
freight forward but as an insured package to the seller. The seller shall gladly pay
the cost of postage in advance, if he has to bear the return charges. The buyer is
also requested to avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Goods should
be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging
components to the seller. If the buyer no longer has the original packaging, he
should return the goods in a suitable package to avoid damage in transit.
Note: The procedures indicated above are not a prerequisite for effective exercise
of your warranty claims. Your warranty claims and your right of cancellation
remain unaffected hereby.
