1. INSTALL THE HANDLE
Cling the handle, press the spring, insert the handle in T shape bar, put
the spring into the hole in the bar Pic.1.2

2. INSTALL THE SCOOTER
With one hand cling the hand bar, pull the bolt with another hand, the
pull the hand bar forward, then fix it. Pic. 3, 4

3. ADJUST THE HEIGHT
Hold the T shape bar and open the latch locks. Adjust it to a suitable
height. Pic 5,6

4. BRAKE (for street scooters only)
Tramp the brake down at the back wheel to stop. Don't use it to hard.
Remove your feet and it recovers.
