OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS.-
MANUAL MODE
This monitor has program (MANUAL).
For programs MANUAL you can
specify the duration of the exercise
between (20 to 99) minutes, distance
between (0 to 99) and calories
between (0 to 9990).
Pressing the QUICKSTART key will
light the MANUAL and the machine
will start within 3 seconds, shown by a
countdown on the TIME display, at a
speed of 1.0km/h.
You can increase or decrease the
speed setting in MANUAL mode by
pressing the SPEED
between 1.0–21 km/h.
The machine will pause if you press
the STOP key and then it will resume
when pressing QUICKTART.
Parameters will be reseted if you
press the STOP key 3 seconds or if
you remove the SAFETY KEY.
PROGRAM MODE.-
This
monitor
(MANUAL, P1; P2; P3; P4; P5; P6;
RANDOM; USER 1-4; HRC 1-3).
For program P1 you can specify level
and distance.
For programs P2 to P6 you can
specify the level (1-10) and the
duration of the exercise between (20
to 99) minutes.

With the machine ready, press the
MODE or SPEED ▼▲ keys and you
can access the programs (P1 al P6).
The monitor has a default program
setting of 30 minutes.
Press the QUICKSTART key and the
machine will start to operate after 3

the central display, based on the
values it has been given.
You can change the speed settings at
any time during the exercise by
pressing the SPEED▼▲ keys, and
the inclination settings by pressing the
INCLINE▲▼ keys.
ECO FUNCTION.-
Press this button when in manual or
program mode to enter into economic
mode. The machine will change the
incline and configuration to reduce
power consumption and the time
window will alternate time with the
keys,
word ECO. Press the ECO button
again to exit this function.
RANDOM FUNCTION.-
Use the SPEED
select the RANDOM function and press
ENTER.
You will see a random program profile.
Press the ENTER key to program the
time using the SPEED
this case the time will be divided into
30 stages. Press the ENTER key to
program the distance. Press ENTER
again to program the calories. Press
ENTER to start the exercise.
USER PROGRAM.-
Use the MODE or SPEED ▼▲ keys
to select the USER1-4 function and
press ENTER. You can specify the
user between (U1-U4), the duration of
the exercise between (20 to 99)
minutes, distance between (1 to 99)
and calories between (10 to 9990).
When pressing ENTER the exercise
will start and the user will program the
level (1-20) of each interval as soon
as it moves forward and the info will
be stored.
