TROUBLESHOOTING & WARRANTY
Troubleshoot your problem by using the chart below. If the appliance still does not
work properly, contact W Appliance Co. customer service center or the nearest
authorized service center. Customers must never troubleshoot internal components.
1. In case of emergencies such as abnormal noises, smell, smoke, etc., you should
immediately cut off power and stop use.
2. If the product cannot work, please check if the power supply is connected, if the
switch is put to the ON position and if fittings are installed in place.
3. If the product still cannot work after checks mentioned above, please consult the
designated repair centre for maintenance.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
• Appliance not plugged in
• Wall outlet not energized
• Appliance not switched

• Not enough liquid in the

POSSIBLE REMEDY
• Insert the plug into the wall outlet
• Check fuses and circuit breaker
• Turn the control knob to the ON position
to place the appliance in standby mode.
Indicator lights are flashing blue
• Turn the control knob to the OFF position,
unplug the appliance from the wall outlet and
allow to cool down before using it again
• Turn the control knob to the OFF position
to switch the appliance off then to the ON
position to place the appliance in standby
mode. Resume blending operation
• Turn the control knob to the OFF position,
remove some food, shake ingredients to
redistribute and restart blending operation
• Turn the control knob to the OFF position,
unplug the appliance from the wall outlet and
contact qualified personnel to check and
repair the appliance
• Turn the control knob to the OFF position,
remove some food, shake ingredients to
redistribute and restart blending operation
• Turn the control knob to the OFF position,
add some liquid and restart blending
operation
• Turn the control knob to the OFF position,
remove ingredients and cut them into smaller
pieces
• Turn the control knob to the OFF position,
remove some food, shake the jar to
redistribute the ingredients and then restart
blending operation
• Check and secure the parts carefully
• Place the required seal
• Replace with a proper new seal
• Replace the blade unit
