5. TRANSPORT AND INSTALLATION
5.1 INTRODUCTION
The unit is delivered complete with all of its mechanical and electrical parts and tested at the
factory.
All unit handling, transport and unpacking operations shall be assigned to personnel who:
▪ are experienced in these operations;
▪ are instructed and authorised by the Manufacturer;
▪ are familiar with the unit, its components and the manual.
Make sure the devices used to lift and transport the boiler can withstand its
weight, which is indicated on the data plate and in this manual.
During transport and storage, avoid exposure to rain or persistent humidity.
The boiler must only be moved in a vertical position by forklift, resting on
the base.
5.2 PACKING
5.2.1. HANDLING THE PACKING
Equipment needed
▪ Forklift
The boiler is delivered wrapped in a protective nylon sheet and packed on a pallet + wooden
cage.
Follow the operations below to handle the packed boiler :
