WARNING
PROBLEM
Tool does not work.
Excessive vibration
or noise.
No snow is thrown
from the snow
shovel attachment.
Turn the switch to the "OFF" position and remove the battery before
performing troubleshooting procedures.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
The battery pack is not

attached to the power
head.
No electrical contact
•
between the power head
and the battery pack.
The battery pack charge is
•
depleted.
The battery pack or the
•
power head is too hot.
The scraper bar is worn
•
out.
The auger is accidentally
•
damaged during
transportation or use.
Drive belt is worn out.
•
Machine is overloaded.
•
The auger is completely
jammed by the heavy
snow.
REMEDY
Attach the battery pack to the power
•
head.
Remove battery pack, check contacts,
•
and reinstall the battery pack until it
snaps into place.
Charge the battery pack with chargers
•
listed in the PH0040 manual.
Release the trigger switch, wait for the
•
battery or power head to cool down,
then start the appliance again.
Replace the scraper bar.
•
Contact customer service.
•
Replace the drive belt.
•
Remove the snow from the auger and
•
reduce the load intensity.
