1. If charging, unplug the charger. Do not remove the battery
pack.
2. Step away from the battery pack.
3. Leave the battery pack for 12 hours.
4. Contact your Rodcraft representative.
The product should be stored in a dry place with good ventila-
tion.

Operation
Charging The Battery
Refer to Schema 4 and Schema 5:
The charger is equipped with a green battery charge status in-
dicator light (3) and a red battery charge status indicator light
(4) . During charging, the red indicator light will light up. Af-
ter completion of charging, the green indicator light will light
up and the red indicator turns to light off.

Connect the charger (2) to a suitable mains socket. The
green charging indicator light comes on.
2.
Slide the battery (1) onto the charger along with the Bat-
tery interface (5), the red indicator charging light comes
on.
3.
The charger may become warm and buzz slightly during
charging. This is normal and does not indicate a fault.
Please ensure that:
• Make sure that the contacts on the battery and the
contacts on the charger are clean and dry.
• Make sure that the battery always engages correctly.
• Charge the battery fully before using it for the first
time.
• Push the battery into the battery holder until it en-
gages with an audible click.
• Check that the battery is seated securely.
Removing The Battery
1.
After about one hour or two hours later the green charg-
ing indicator will light up to indicate that charging is
completed.
2.
Disconnect the charger from the main socket after
charging.
3.
Pull the battery out of its holder in the device.
Maintenance instructions
1.
Disconnect the charger from any AC outlet before
cleaning.
2.
Clean out dust and debris from charger vents and elec-
trical contacts. Use a damp cloth.
3.
Do not use liquid or spray detergent for cleaning.
Do not modify or attempt to repair the charger.
For safety reasons, the charger should be serviced only by the
manufacturer or authorized service providers.

If one of the following situations arises, get the charger
checked by the manufacturer or authorized service providers.
a. The power cord or plug is damaged.
b. Liquid has penetrated into the charger.
c. The charger has been exposed to moisture.
d. The charger does not work well, or you cannot get it to
work according to the user's manual.
e. The charger has been dropped and damaged.
f. The charger has obvious signs of breakage.
