Use
Before starting cooking we strongly advise you clean the basis with a damp
cloth and to remove any label. The pan and accessories can be washed in a
soapy water or dishwasher
The basis of the pan must be placed on a stable horizontal basis e.i. a table but
certainly not on or in the neighbourhood of a hot plate. Also note, that the pan
will be very hot so one should put a isolating plate or placemat under the pan.
Plug the appliance in and set the thermostat in the highest position. Put approx
2 – 2,5 liters of water in the central pan together with some herbs-bouillon-
cubes, one sliced onion and 2 smashed garlic cloves and turn the thermostat
switch to the highest level and put the lid on the pan. This bouillon will cook
in approx 5-7 minutes. In the meantime one could prepare the food and the
ingredients. This means; cutting and slicing the meat and vegetables into very
thin, small pieces. During the meal/cooking the thermostat should be adjusted
to a level, that the temperature will remain below the cooking point. The cook-
ing time will depend on the nature and the size of the food and of course also
of your personal preference but should only be very short. Experience will
eventually give the best results.
In general the ingredients could be: sliced or very cut thin meat – meatballs,
shrimps, fish and also all kinds of small sized vegetables, such as cabbage, pak-
soi, tjaptjoi, cauliflower, broccoli, sliced leek, onion, carrots.
It is your choice to put all ingredients all together into the pan and taking some
out by your wired scoops or to use these scoops to keep this into the soup with
your personal food.
At the side, you can serve rice but also French bread, lettuce, salads, tomatoes,
spring onions. Also some sauces, such as garlic sauce, cocktail sauce, tzatziki,
herb butters, pepper sauce mustard sauce, etc.
It is really an adventurous event with family and friends and by experiencing,
your range of possibilities will only grow!
After finishing your meal, there will be a fantastic, tastefull and healthy soup in
your pan that can be served in small cups.
