3.) Should you not be able to solve the
problem, we kindly ask you to contact
your specialist dealer.
ATTENTION:
Under no circumstances should
you try to repair the devices on
your own because that would
lead to the expiration of the
warranty.
Please check for proper operation before using the device. Make sure all packaging material and labels are
removed. Olny fill the kettle up to the MAX - label, connect the device to the mains supply and switch on by
pressing the Reset-button. Pour away the water after boiling the first time.
Troubleshooting:
Problem / Situation
The kettle ist not heating
up, the LED on the front
does not light up
The device starts heating
up before I pushed the
Reset-button
Warranty Conditions:
This device was very carefully produced using flawless materials. Therefore the reer GmbH grants a
2-year warranty as of the date of sale for all material and manufacturing defects (possible power
adapters and rechargeable batteries included in delivery are subject to the statutory warranty).
Should nevertheless such a defect arise, please contact your dealer with the guarantee certificate
or the sales receipt.
ATTENTION, It is not a warranty claim if:
- the device was used improperly
- the devices were used with incorrect voltage (overvoltage damage)
- unauthorised access was conducted
- there is no sales receipt

What to do?
* The kettle is turned off
* Check the kettle is connected
* The kettle is cooling down
to an working power socket
after the last boiling
* If the kettle is connected, check
procedure (cooling-off
