INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

INSTALL SUPPLY PIPE ADAPTER
• There are two options for installation, threaded or slip on.
• Install either THREADED ADAPTER (1) or SLIP ON ADAPTER (2) on to SUPPLY PIPE (3).
The SLIP ON ADAPTER (2) has a SET SCREW (4) that must be tightened.

MARK DRILL LOCATIONS
• Place BRACKET (1) over WALL MOUNT (2).
• Push WALL MOUNT (2) and BRACKET (1) over SUPPLY PIPE (3).
• Confirm that WALL MOUNT (2) is level by checking LEVEL (4).
• Using HOLES (5) as a template, mark the two locations to be drilled.
