6.1
COOKTOP
- Remove the grills, the flame-spreader and the burning assembly
- Remove the knobs
- Remove the front panel.
6.1.1
REPLACING THE WORKTOP BURNER NOZZLE
Using a size-12 spanner, replace the burner nozzle (Fig.2 position 2) with one corresponding to the type of gas selected,
following Table II Injectors.
6.1.2
REPLACING THE WORKTOP PILOT BURNER NOZZLE
- Remove the two blocking dies (Fig.3 position 4) with a 4mm Allen-key.
- Lift the pilot burner's head (Fig.3 position 5).
- Using a size-5 spanner, replace the nozzle (Fig.3 position 4) of the pilot burner with one corresponding to the type of gas
selected and following Table II Injectors.
- Before installing the head (Fig. 3 position 5), adjust the primary air by turning its regulator (Fig. 3 position 6). Ignite the
pilot and check the flame's length and quality, which should not be too weak nor too thin, but approx. 20mm long, almost
detached from the head and without a yellow tip (L.P.G. gas).
6.1.3
REPLACING THE IDLE SCREW; BYPASS
- Replace the minimum thermal capacity screw, bypass (Fig. 2 position 1)) with one corresponding to the gas type chosen,
and complying with Table II Injectors.
- The thermal capacity in the minimum position should be approx. 30% of the nominal thermal capacity. When you turn
the fast nknob from the maximum position ( ) to the minimum position ( ), the burner should not go off nor return.

OVEN
6.2.1
REPLACING THE OVEN BURNER NOZZLE
After removing the oven bottom, disassemble the protection box.
Using a size-12 spanner (Fig. 4 position 4), replace the burner nozzle with one corresponding to the type of gas chosen and
following Table II Injectors.
6.2.2
REPLACING THE PILOT BURNER NOZZLE
N.B.: We advise to first remove the spark plug because it can easily break.
Unscrew the nut with a size-10 spanner (Fig. 4 position 2) and remove the nozzle (Fig. 4 position 1). The nozzle is hooked
to the bicone (Fig. 4 position 3).
Replace the nozzle (Fig. 4 position 1) with one corresponding to the gas type chosen, according to Table II Injectors.
Tighten the nut firmly with a size-10 spanner and check for gas leaks with bubble soap.
6.2.3
ADJUSTING THE OVEN BURNER
Replace the idle screw (Fig. 5 position 11) located on the thermostat with one corresponding to the type of gas chosen,
following Table II Injectors.
The primary air is adjusted by setting the primary air regulator (Fig. 4 position 8) in accordance with Table II Injectors.
After adjusting the distance, fix it with the screw; re-assemble the protection after having mounted the pressure intake screw.
6.3
SOLID TOP
6.3.1
REPLACING THE BURNER NOZZLE
Remove the cock knobs.
Having removed the dashguard (undo the 4 screws), you can easily change the nozzle (Fig. 6 position 9) with one of the gas
type chosen by using a size-12 spanner and complying with Table II Injectors.
The burner has no possibility of regulating the primary air quantity.
