SAFETY CHECK
Carry out a safety check before use.
•
Check that the shoulder straps are adjusted to the child. The shoulder
straps must be at the correct height.
•
Check the 5-point harness system at regular intervals. Make sure that the
belt system is not damaged. If it is damaged or is not working, stop using
the child seat. Contact the manufacturer.
•
When using the seat for group 2 / 3, check the 3-point belt of the vehicle
seat.
•
If in doubt, ask the manufacturer.
CLEANING
Cleaning the seat
•
The harness and plastic parts can be wiped down with a mild detergent
and warm water.
•
Make sure that no soap gets into the seat belt buckle or adjuster.
•
Do not use chemical cleaners or bleach on the belt straps.
•
Dry thoroughly before use.
The original fabric cover must be used, as the fabric cover is very important
for the operation of the system.
It is prohibited to use the child car seat without the fabric covers. The fabric
cover can be washed in the washing machine at 30 degrees with a mild
detergent. Therefore, please read the washing label on the fabric cover
carefully. If the water temperature is more than 30 degrees, the colour of
the fabric is likely to fade. Do not dry the fabric cover by pressing or in the
dryer (the sponge in the fabric may come off). The plastic of the child seat
can be washed with soap. Do not use strong detergents (e.g. solvents) to
wash it. The seat belt can be washed with soap.
