8. Holder (left and right) height adjustment and
fixing.
Adjust the height of the holders (left and
right) in alignment with the plasma display
to be fitted.
As per the factory setting, the holders (left
and right) are fixed in alignment with a 58-
inch plasma display.
When fitting a 37-inch, 42-inch, or 50-inch
plasma display, remove the hexagon socket
cap button bolts fixing the holders (left and
right). Fit the holders (left and right) so that
the stamped size position is in alignment
with the highest holes as shown in the figure
on the right. Fix them with four hexagon
socket cap button bolts (two each on the left
and right).
Caution
● Fasten the hexagon socket cap button bolts with a
torque of 8 to 10 N·m.
● Do not remove the spring washers and flat washers
from bolts.
2. Prepare the plasma display
Fitting of the insulating spacer to the plasma
display main body
Remove the four bolts from the plasma
display main body.
(For 58-inch : Using a flathead screwdriver,
remove the for caps from the plasma display.)
Fit the main body fixing bolt, toothed pan
washer, and insulating spacer supplied in
place of the bolts that were removed (at four
locations).

Caution
● Place the plasma display with its screen facing
downward on a clean blanket, etc. free from stains or
foreign substances. Then, follow the steps above.
● Fasten the main body fixing bolts with a torque of 8 to
10 N·m.
