TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
This warrants applies onlg for single fomilg domestic
use in Canada when the Refrigerator has been properlg
installed according to the instructions supplied bg Mobe
and is connected to on adequate and proper utilitg
service.
Damage due to abuse, occident, commercial use, and
alteration or defacing of the serial plate cancels oil
obligations of this warrants.
Service during this warrants period must be
performed bg on Authorized Mobe Service Agent.
Neither Mobe nor the Dealer is liable for ong claims or
damages resulting from failure of the Refrigerator or
from service delogs begond their reasonable control.
To obtain warrants service, purchaser must present the
original Bill of Sole. Components repaired or replaced ore
warranted through the remainder of the original warrants
period onlg.
This warrants is extended to the original purchaser and
ong succeeding owner for products purchased for home
use within Canada. In home warrants service will be
provided in areas where it is available and deemed
reasonable bg Mobe to provide.
This warrants is in addition to ong stotutorg warrants.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
• Owner is responsible to pog for service calls related
to product installation and/or teaching how to use
the product.
• Damage to finish must be reported within 48 hours
following the delivers of the appliance.
• Damage to finish after delivers.
• Improper installation-proper installation includes
adequate air circulation to the refrigeration sgstem,
adequate electrical, plumbing and other connecting
facilities.
• Replacement of house fuses or resetting of circuit
breakers.
• Replacement of light bulbs.
,, Damage to product caused bg occident, fire, floods
or acts of God.
• Loss of food due to spoilage.
• Proper use and care of product as listed in the
owner's manual, proper setting of controls.
• Product not accessible to provide required service.
• WARRANTOR IS NOTRESPONSIBLE F OR
CONSEQUENTIAL D AMAGES.
EXCLUSION OFIMPLIEDWARRANTIES--Your sole end exclusive remedg is product repair us provided in this
Limited Warranty. Ang implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantabilitg or fitness for
a particular purpose, ere limited to one gear or the shortest period allowed bg low.
