locks thenut clockwise

Assemble the #3-hoof tube on
the #2support tube and use one
#2]-widehexagonal flat head screw
M10x60, one#17 flat pad 9 10, and
one #20-locknutMO. Use a #l5-13-17
open end wrenchand a #14-6 Allen key
to lock the nutclockwise
