Assemble the #10-dumbbell rack tube
onthe #l-main frame and use two #16-
roundsquare head screws M10x50, two
#i7-flatpads 4 10 and two #18-hexagonal
capnuts M10. Use a #15-13-17 open end
wrenchto lock the nut clockwise.
Assembly step(8)
Assemble the #5-supporting leg tube andthe
#ll-dumbbell support frame to the #10dumbbell
rack bottom tube as shown in thefigure. Use four
#23-round head squareneck screws M1ox80, four
#17-flat pads10 and Four #20-locknuts M10, use
a#15-13-17 open-end wrench to lock thenut
clockwise. The left and right sides aresymmetrically
fixed.
Assembly step (9)
The #12-dumbbell mounts, as shown in
thefigure, can be inserted into different holesto
adjust the height of the bar to differentergonomic
dimensions. At this point, theassembly is
completed.
