These instructions are for installation, operating, and maintenance of the appliance.

on the appliance, it is important to consult the technical instructions, which contain all necessary information needed to adapt to your
country's requirements.
This appliance is for outdoor installation and use only:
Any modification of the appliance may be dangerous.
For installation on a non combustible surface suitable to high temperatures only.
Ensure that the gas of use matches the kind of gas indicated on the label, which is on the appliance and for which the manufacturer has
set the appliance.
Ensure that the areas below the front and side panels are free from any obstructions that may affect the combustion and/or ventilation.
Insects, dry leaves, and other debris may obstruct the venturi burner, which can result in the flow of gas and air mixture being restric-
ted or blocked resulting in a backflow outside where the combustion should happen. This may result in a fire behind the control panel
causing serious damage to the plancha barbecue.
The venturi burner should be inspected before every use, and also if the following symptoms occur:
1) Any gas smell in combination with a flame pattern that might appear slow and yellow.
2) The plancha does not gain sufficient temperature.
3) The plancha heats up in an irregular fashion.
4) One or more burners do not ignite.
Do not use within approx. 60 cm of any flammable structure or surface that may be above, below, behind, or at the sides of the plancha
barbecue.
The length of a flexible gas hose should not exceed 1.5 meters. The hose must be suitable to the gas and pressure performed by the
regulator.
For use only with a suitable regulator meeting the national standards for the country of use, and which is homologated in relation to
the type of gas and pressure of use.
For optimal performance, we suggest using a 11 kg propane gas bottle max, or 12.5 kg butane gas bottle in conjunction with its suita-
ble regulator and gas hose. Do always keep gas bottles in their upright position.
Exchange the gas hose according to the national standards and its requirements.
Any modification of the appliance may be dangerous.
Parts of this plancha barbecue and its griddle become very hot. We recommend the use of protective gloves during use.
