Question/Problem

The planer will not turn on:

� Non-existent supply voltage;

� The brushes are worn;

� Faulty "ON/OFF" switch;

� Electric motor with fault;

The "ON/Off" switch is locked:

� "ON/OFF" switch lock/unlock button is not

pressed;

The quality of the cut is poor:

� The blades are not sharp;

� The blades are assembled incorrectly;

� The pressure in the planer is too high;

� The cutting speed is not adjusted to the material

type of the workpiece;

8.fAQS / TROUBLESHOOTING

Solution

� Check the power cord, plug, socket and protective circuit

breaker;

� Replace brushes;

� Consult technical assistance;

� Press the "ON/OFF" switch lock/unlock button;

� Sharpen the blades;

� Ensure that the blades are correctly assembled;

� Decrease the pressure in the planer;

� Adjust speed according to work piece material;
