11.1. General warning
a) Long-term operation of the pump with a closed valve on the pressure line can damage the
pump.
b) Avoid frequent switching on of the pump.
c) If the power supply has stopped, the pump must be disconnected from the power supply.
11.2. Launching
a) Make sure that the check valve on the suction line is not blocked. b) Turn the pump on
and off 2-3 times to check the working conditions.
c) Turn on continuous operation and gradually open the valve on the pressure line.
d) Check that the vibration, noise, pressure, current consumed meet the norms (see chapter 12)
11.3. Stop
a) Close the valve on the pressure main (this operation must always be carried out if the system does not have a
non-return valve or at high pressures) to prevent high pressure in the pump pipes through g drowdar
b) Turn off the power supply to the pump.
12. Maintenance and repair
WARNING!
Before repair or maintenance, connect the pump to the voltage source.
The pump must be dismantled only by qualified specialists. Failure to comply with these requirements will void
the warranty. The same applies to repair and replacement works.
If the pump will not work for a long time, it is recommended to drain the water, rinse the pump with clean water, drain
the water again. Make sure there is no water in the pump. This operation must be carried out if there is a risk of water
freezing, which could damage the pump.
12.1. Periodic inspection
Variations in pressure or current, excessive vibration or noise are indicators of pump malfunction. It is
recommended to fix the first signs of improper operation of the pump.
12.2. Troubleshooting
The reason for the malfunction
The engine does not turn
No electricity
Thermal protection worked
The fuse has blown
Incorrect connection
Pump does not work (motor rotates)
Voltage drop in the network
Blocked filter on the suction line
Blocked check valve
There is no water in the pump
Very low pressure
The pump works with low performance
Dirty filter in the suction pipe
Blocked check valve
The water level is too low
Wrong direction of rotation
Incorrect voltage
The method of elimination
Reverse the voltage
After a while
is renewed automatically
Replace the fuse
Reverse the wire connection
Reverse the voltage
Clean the filter
Clean and check the valve
Pour water into the pump (see Chapter 10)
Reduce productivity
Clean the filter
Clean and check the valve
Turn off the pump
Check the direction of rotation of the three-phase
model
Connect the required voltage
