4. If necessary, hold the knife guide lever as the loaf moves up and down between the knives or if
the loaf is warm. See figure 12.
5. Remove the loaf from the table and place the loaf on the packing plate.

• Plastic bags
7.4.2. Instructions
1. Place the sliced bread on the packing plate.
2. Place a plastic bag over the loaf and the packing plate.
3. Remove the plastic bag containing the loaf from the packing plate.
4. Close the plastic bag.
