1. GETTING TO KNOW YOUR DEVICE
In order to use the emergency wristband, a fee-based subscription is re-
quired in the "caera" app. The emergency contacts also require an active
Internet connection in order to make full use of the app, in particular to
receive an emergency notification.
The EC 70 Emergency Wristband is a mobile communication device that allows you to
trigger an emergency notification in an emergency. If it detects a fall, the emergency
wristband automatically sends an emergency notification for you via the fall detection
function, or you can trigger an emergency notification yourself at the push of a button.
If you find yourself in an emergency, your emergency contacts (e.g. relatives, nursing
staff) will be informed immediately via the "caera" app. Your emergency contacts will
be able to establish a voice connection ("emergency call") and find your location. The
location can only be tracked during an emergency notification.
There is also the option of booking a professional emergency call service, which will pro-
vide you with help as quickly as possible in an emergency and can be reached 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week, all year round.
The emergency wristband is a mobile communication device with an integrated Spanish
roaming SIM card that always connects to an available network in the respective country.
For this reason, a foreign mobile phone number is displayed to the emergency contact
when they receive an incoming emergency call. In addition to the monthly subscription
fees, additional costs may be incurred for an active Internet connection (so that the app
can be used to its full extent), or for establishing a voice connection between the emer-
gency contact and the emergency wristband.

2. INCLUDED IN DELIVERY
Check that the exterior of the cardboard delivery packaging is intact and make sure
that all contents are present. Before use, ensure that there is no visible damage to the
device or accessories and that all packaging material has been removed. If you have
any doubts, do not use the device and contact your retailer or the specified Customer
Services address.
