GENERAL WARNINGS
T
his appliance is solely for domestic use and for cooking food according to the methods described
herein. It can be used in closed or semi-closed environments (balcony, veranda, terrace, ...) only on
condition that the appliance is not exposed to atmospheric conditions (sunlight, rain, humidity,
wind, etc..). The appliance must not be used outdoors.
Any other use should be considered inappropriate and dangerous. The manufacturer cannot be held
responsible for any damages caused by improper, incorrect or irresponsible use and/or by repairs
done by an unqualified person.
E
xamples of appliances for domestic use are those used for typical domestic reasons, in domestic
environments and that can be used by non-experts:
- in shops, offices and other similar places of work;
- in farming businesses or similar businesses;
- by guests in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
- in bed and breakfast type environments.

uring use, the grill becomes hot: touch only: the handle, buttons and switch. Avoid touching
metal parts, and the double cooking grill.

o not move or lift the grill when it is on.

lace only the cooking grills on top of the element, nothing else. Do not place the following on the
element and/or the cooking grills: pans, baking trays, aluminium foil, etc because they prevent the
transfer of heat and they can permanently damage the appliance.

his appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced
pyysical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe waye and understand the
hazard involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall
not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised. Keep the appliance and its
cord out of reach of children less than 8 years.

f the appliance is not being used, unplug it from the plug point.

o not pull on the power cable or the appliance itself to unplug the appliance from the plug point.

f the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its technical assistance
centre or by someone who is similarly qualified, in order to prevent any risks.

o not touch the appliance with wet hands or feet.
Copies of the I/B. Please reproduce them without any
changes except under special instruction from Bimar
(Italy). The pages must be reproduced and folded in
order to obtain a booklet A5 (+/- 148.5 mm width x 210
mm height). When folding, make sure you keep the good
numbering when you turn the pages of the I/B. Don't
change the page numbering. Keep the language
integrity.
