SOLUTION
1. Check "connection error" in the
troubleshooting section of this guide.
2. Check that you have entered the right
transmitter code in the TENA SmartCare
Family Care app.
3. If this does not help, please contact TENA
SmartCare support.
The system does not detect feces. In case of
frequent fecal episodes, please revert to a
manual changing routine.
