the nail head protrudes above the surface of the material to be fastened, please
ensure the nail gun is firmly held against the material before nailing.
In case the nail head protrudes above the surface of the material to be fastened,
further use of the nail gun may damage it and cause the nails to jam.
Please do not operate the nail gun before loading the nails, as this may shorten
the service life of the nail gun.
Removing jammed staples Fig.D
Before removing jammed staples or nails, please make sure that the trigger is
released and the battery pack is removed.
Press the end latch to release it from the fixed lever, and then pull out the
movable cartridge to remove the jammed nails (1&2-Fig.D).
If necessary, use an Allen wrench to disassemble the nail gun head to remove the
jammed nails (3-Fig.D). The nail gun head can be re-assembled for nailing again
(4-Fig.D).
Spring Reset Function Fig.E
After the work is completed, use the spring reset function in case the nail gun will
not be used or needs to be stored for a long period of time.
Hold the spring reset switch and do not let go, and at the same time perform a
normal nailing operation once. After completing the operation, first release the
spring reset switch, and then release the trigger and the safety switch; this will
ensure that the main power spring inside the nail gun is released and is basically
free.
If the spring reset function is not used, the main power spring inside the
nail gun will be in a compressed state for a long time, which will seriously
increase the load on it, and reduce the service life of the spring!!
