Once the unit has been inserted in the bracket, check that you have disconnected the electrical mains from
the panel, then insert the control unit transversally in the internal space of the bracket, connect the three-
pole motor cable to the special plug on the control unit (the plug only enters easily in one direction
therefore do not force insertion), and carry out the electrical connections on the remaining cables of the
control unit as shown in the following diagram:
Before connecting the shaft to the motor, insert cup (4) and cover (5) as
shown in the figure: in fact, it will not be possible to insert them after this
assembly.
Slide the three-pole wire of the motor and the two wires of the lamp unit
inside the shaft, then insert the shaft in the bush placed on the upper part
of the motor, insert the pin in the through hole of the bush and block it at
the end by inserting transversally the cotter pin, as shown in the figure.
Then tighten the cross screws on the lower part of the shaft.
1 = Pin / 2 = Cotter pin / 3 = Cross screw
With the help of other people, lift the shaft/fan
assembly, inserting the hemisphere at the top of the
shaft into the hemispherical hole at the base of the
bracket, taking care to match the slot on the
hemisphere with the tooth on the circumference of
the bracket.
1 = Slot / 2 = Tooth
1 = Motor wiring (grey wire)
2 = Motor wiring (red wire)
3 = Motor wiring (yellow wire)
4 = Motor plug (grey cable)
5 = Motor plug (red cable)
6 = Motor plug (yellow cable)
7 = Neutral light (white)
