Alternate setup
through HP software
If you are unable to connect the printer from the control panel, you can use HP software
EN
to connect the printer.
i.
Choose "Connect with software" on the control panel.
ii.
Go to hpsmart.com/setup on the computer to set up a new printer with
HP Easy Start software.
iii.
In the software, choose to connect with Ethernet or Wi-Fi to the same network
as the computer.
