Troubleshooting
PROBLEM
The Portable Blender
will not turn ON. The
white POWER ON/OFF
button is off.
The POWER ON/OFF
button is flashing red.
The Portable Blender
will not turn ON.
The blender motor
rotates very slowly.

CAUSE
• The blender jar is not
assembled correctly.
• Battery needs to be
charged.
• The POWER ON/OFF
button was pressed
once.
• Battery needs to be
charged.
• The motor is blocked.
Blades cannot rotate.
• Battery temperature
is too high.
• Blending jar is
overloaded.

SOLUTION
• The blending jar interlock system
is not engaged. The Portable
Blender will not turn ON unless the
blending jar is properly tightened
onto the base.
• Charge battery.
• To begin the BLEND cycle, you MUST
press the POWER ON/OFF button twice.
• Charge battery.
• Remove some of the blender jar
contents. Continue blending.
• Flip the Portable Blender upside
down. Shake vigorously to
re-distribute ingredients. Continue
to BLEND.
• Flip the Portable Blender to upside
down and rest the unit on its lid.
• Turn the base counter-clockwise
and lift base up and out of the
blending jar.
• Remove the blockage. Replace the
base. Make sure the base is screwed
securely into the blending jar. Flip
the Portable Blender to right-side-
up before continuing to BLEND.
• Allow the Portable Blender to rest
before continuing.
• Remove half of the ingredients and
continue to BLEND.
• Add liquid to the blending jar and
continue to BLEND.
