intermittent red lighting of the first LED and the rotation will not start. To obtain the best result, it
is advisable to keep the mixer at a distance of a few millimeters from the bottom of the container
and favor a circular movement around its perimeter, as well as tilt it slightly to facilitate the mixing
of the parts; lifting and slightly re-immersing the mixer in the bowl can be further useful. Ensure at
least three minutes of shutdown after one minute of continuous operation, in order to ensure the
cooling of the moving parts: this precaution avoids damage and improves the reliability and life of
the appliance.
Rotation speed adjustment: Depending on the needs of food processing, the rotation of the blade
can be varied on 5 speed levels by acting on the buttons (C) (increase) and (D) (decrease), even
during rotation; the rotation speed is proportional to the number of LEDs lit on the scale located
on the upper part of the motor body: the maximum rotation speed is approximately double the
minimum.
At the end of use: Disconnect the accessory (stem with blade, mixer or chopper) and wash it as
soon as possible, in order to prevent the food material from forming encrustations that are difficult
to remove: use running water and, if necessary, common degreasing liquid soap for dishes. Pay
particular attention to the sharp edges of the blade: during cleaning it is always advisable to wear
kitchen gloves; do not wash in the dishwasher. The motor body can be cleaned with a simple damp
cloth; in all cases avoid immersing it or putting it under running water and wait for it to dry
completely before putting it back into service.
