MOUNTING THE RECEIVER
STEP 1
Carefully open the receiver by pressing in the two side tabs (see illustration on
page 6). Make sure that you open the lid only a few centimetres so that the
infrared eye, which is glued into the cover, is not is not torn off. To be able to
remove the cover completely loosen the plug on the circuit board.
STEP 2
There are three holes in the bottom part of the housing for wall mounting. Use
use them to mark the wall.
Drill suitable holes in the wall at the marked points (mounting material not in-
cluded). We recommend the use of 5 mm plugs and 3 mm screws (max. 6 mm
plugs and 4 mm screws).
Now fasten the receiver to the wall using the screws. Use a commercially avai-
lable screwdriver (not a cordless screwdriver).
STEP 3
Now have the receiver box wired by an electrician according to the wiring dia-
gram on page 6. Make sure that the cables are strain relieved inside the box.
STEP 4
If you have previously disconnected the plug of the infrared eye, plug it back
in and close the box by first hooking it into the top of the housing and then
pressing it down to close it.
STEP 5
Only now insert the mains plug into the socket.
