7. TIPS FOR A BETTER MIX.
- Refrigerated ingredients such as bu�er or eggs,
they must be at room temperature before mixing.
- Read the amounts of your recipe well.
- Add the ingredients to the mixture well dry.
- Use low speeds by pressing the TURBO bu�on occasionally.
- To avoid egg shells, break them in a separate container.
- Temperature changes when adding ingredients to the mix,
They influence the mixing �me for a good final mix.
- Calculate the quan��es so that the mixture will not overflow.
