ASSEMBLY:
1. Unscrew the outside caps located in the axis on both sides of the front wheel (10) and remove the
securing caps (11). Next slide the front wheel axis (10) in both ends of the handlebar fork (3) as seen
in photo no 1. Re-attach the removed securing caps (11) and caps for the axis and tighten them. The
securing caps (11) should be placed in the holes in the handlebar fork as seen in photo no 2.
2. Insert the handlebar fork (3) from the bottom of the hole located in the front of the frame (5). Then
place the screwing cap for mounting the handlebar (4). Insert the handlebar (1) into the hole located
in the cap (4), (fig. no. 4). Adjust the height of the handlebar and then tighten the screw in the cap
(4). Make sure that the handlebar is perpendicular to the
3. Turn the bike so that the handlebar is located on the floor – it will make the mounting of the rear
wheel easier. Unscrew the caps and remove the caps (11) located on axis on both sides of the rear
wheel. Slide the wheel axle into both ends of the frame so that the brake disc is on the opposite side
to the brake lever on the handlebar (2). Re-attach the removed securing caps (11) and caps to the
axis and tighten them. The securing caps (11) should be seated in the holes in the frame as shown in
fig no. 7.
4. Loosen the screw located on the gold plate next to the brake disc (7), fig. no. 7. Then move the
brake disc so that the hole in it is in the same position as the round hole in the frame. Insert the bolt
you removed into the round hole in the frame from the outside, then place the gold plate over it
through the hole in the plate. Put a cap on the end of the bolt and twist to the maximum resistance
(fig. no. 8,9).
5. Slightly loosen the screw where the brake rod (8) is hooked. Stretch the rod so that it is taut but not
compressing the spring through which it passes. While holding the rod (8) taut, hook it back onto
the screw and turn it. If the rear wheel is blocked when you squeeze the brake lever (2) this means
that the brake has been fitted correctly.
6. Turn the bike back onto its wheels. Release the quick release lever (13) (Photo 10). Then fit the
saddle (12) by sliding the tube into the frame. Adjust the height of the saddle to your child's height.
The correct position is when both feet of the child sitting on the saddle rest comfortably on the
ground. Next, lock the quick release lever (13).
ATTENTION:
The brake should be located on the right side. To brake, squeeze the brake lever.
ATTENTION:
Before a child starts using the product make sure that all the screws are secured tightly.
ATTENTION:
Make sure to check and turn all the screws in the bike regularly.
NOTE:
