WARRANTY
adidas AG warrants the Product to be free of defects in materials and
workmanship, when used normally in accordance with adidas's Team FX
User Guide available at the Team FX website [www.adidasTeamFX.com],
for a period of one year from the date of initial purchase by the original
consumer purchaser ("Warranty Period"). adidas is not responsible for
damage arising from failure to follow the instructions, maintenance and
care procedures in the Team FX User Guide available at the Team FX
website [www.adidasTeamFX.com]. This limited warranty excludes da-
mage resulting from normal wear or other causes listed under Warranty
Exclusions below.
REMEDY - HOW TO CLAIM UNDER THIS WARRANTY
If during the Warranty Period you submit a claim to adidas at www.
adidas.com in accordance with this warranty, adidas will replace the
Product with the same Product formed from new and/or previously used
parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
Before receiving warranty service, adidas or its agents may require that
you furnish proof of purchase details, respond to questions designed to
assist with diagnosing potential issues and follow adidas's procedures
for obtaining warranty service.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS SUBJECT TO CONSUMER LAW
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this warranty and the remedies set
forth are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies and condi-
tions, whether oral, written, statutory, express or implied. Adidas disclaims
all statutory and implied warranties, including without limitation, warran-
ties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and warranties
against hidden or latent defects, to the extent permitted by law. In so far
as such warranties cannot be disclaimed, adidas limits the duration and
remedies of such warranties to the duration of this express warranty.
Some states (countries and provinces) do not allow limitations on how long
an implied warranty (or condition) may last, so the limitation described
above may not apply to you.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
This Warranty does not apply: (a) protective coatings or fiber materials
that diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in
materials or workmanship; (b) to cosmetic damage, including but not
limited to discoloration of the Product, and dents and scratches of the
hardware of the Product unless failure has occurred due to a defect in
materials or workmanship; (c) to damage caused by use with a third
party component or product, (d) to products that are, or adidas reaso-
nably believes to be, stolen (e) to damage caused by accident, abuse,
misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake or other external cause; (f) to
damage caused by operating the Product outside adidas's use and care
guidelines provided within the Team FX User Guide (also available on-
line [www.adidasTeamFX.com) and within the adidas Team FX App; (g) to
defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal
aging of the Product; or (h) if any serial number has been removed or
