IFJI REVERSING THE DOOR SWING (CONT.)
[] BEFORE YOU START
l.l Unplug tbe refrigerator from its electrical
outlet.
2.2Witb a 5/16" hex-head socket drivel, remove tbe
screws that hold the top hinge to tbe cabinet.
1.2 Empty all door shelves, including the dai W
compartment.
CAUTION: Do not let either door drop to tbe
floor. To do so could damage the door stop.
9.3 Lift the hinge (and the shim glued m it) straight
up to free the hinge pin from the socket in
the top of the door and set it aside, along with
its screws.

2.4 Remove the tape and tilt the door away from the
cabinet. Lift it offthe center hinge pin.
[] REMOVE THE FREEZER DOOR
2.1 Tape the door shut with masking tape.

2.5 Set the door on a non-scratching surface with
the outside up.
9.6 Transfer the 2 screws from the opposite side of
tbe cabinet to the screw holes vacated by the
top hinge removal.
