Possible cause
Have you moistened
the soakers?
Are the soakers
correctly positioned?
Have you checked the
water tank?
Low battery.
Power supply failure.
The humidifier is not
plugged in.
The power cord is
damaged.
The humidifier is
faulty or not working
properly.
Solution
Make sure that the
soakers are properly
wetted.
Make sure that the
soakers are correctly
inserted in place.
Check the water level
in the tank.
Contact the Technical
Support Service.
Make sure that the
battery has been fully
charged for 7/8 hours.
Contact the Technical
Support Service.
Plug the humidifier to
the outlet.
Stop using the
appliance immediately
and contact Cecotec's
Technical Support
Service.
