Warranty and after-sales
Warranty
BELLOTA offers up to 3 years* warranty on laser levels, restricted to
manufacturing defects.
The warranty must be activated by sending an e-mail to sat@bellota.com with the
following details:
*In compliance with current regulationss:
For professional use (capital goods), the warranty period is 1 year.
For non-professional use (consumer goods), the warranty period is 3 years.
The warranty period assumed by Bellota Herramientas S.L.U. is only activated by
registering the tools.
Under no circumstances will parts subject to wear and tear be covered by the
warranty. The warranty will be cancelled in the following cases:

- Tool registration number.
- Purchase invoice.
- Full name of user.
- User's e-mail address.
- Non-observance of the instructions for use and recommendations
set out by Bellota.
- Improper use or use other than that established by Bellota.
- Repairs and handling by unauthorised personnel.
- Alterations to the original parts.
- Impacts or misuse.
